Summer is the best season to overindulge (if you can ever indulge in something good for you) with smoothies!
Love the flexibility you have when making a smoothie and how easily you can adapt to the ingredients you have at home.
Making the perfect smoothie is usually quite simple. Don’t complicate it too much. As my teachers would say: K.I.S.S. = Keep It Simple Stupid 😉
With this pretty one here, I kept it ridiculously simple. Just 4 ingredients. And you can adjust it to your taste as well, swapping the raspberries for strawberries or even blueberries. Try different combinations and enjoy this creamy and delicious smoothie as the perfect snack of after your workout.
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ punnet of raspberries
- 1 cup of oat milk
- Dash of honey (or rice malt syrup for a vegan option)
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
