Easy and no-stirring Strawberry Jam recipe made with only 3 ingredients.

  • 200gr strawberries (washed and stem removed)'
  • 4 tbsp muscovado sugar
  • ½ cup of water
  1. Place strawberries in a saucepan and add sugar and water.
  2. Turn the heat on medium and let it come to a simmer.
  3. Bring the heat down to low and cook until all water is evaporated and strawberries are soft and broken down.
  4. If the strawberries are still too hard or chunky, add a little bit more water until ready.
  5. Remove from the heat and transfer to a sealed jar.
  6. Let it cool and store in the fridge.
  7. Lasts for a couple of months.
