Smooth & Creamy pudding. 5 ingredients and only 5 minutes to make! Low in sugar and gluten free.

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tsp of raw cocoa
  • 2 tsp of organic peanut butter (nothing added)
  • 300 ml organic coconut milk (Coco Quench) or other no-dairy milk
  • Stevia (to your taste)
  • Fruits, nuts, shredded coconut, seeds or cocoa nibs.
  1. In a high speed processor, add all the ingredients and blitz.
  2. Check for sweetness and if needed, add more stevia or your preferred sweetener.
  3. Serve and add your favourite toppings.
