Quick, easy & delicious Oats that you can prepare in advance and get creative.

  • 1 cup of unstabilised oats
  • 1 cup of oat/coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of rice malt syrup (sub for stevia if you want a sugar-free version)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Peanut Butter
  • Coconut Yoghurt
  • Granola
  • Berries
  1. In a jar, add the oats, then the milk and the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix well e place in fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  3. When ready, remove from fridge and add the toppings.
  4. First peanut butter, then coconut yoghurt, berries and lastly the granola.
