  • 2 cups of organic coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of organic raw or brown sugar (you can use coconut sugar too, will add great flavour to it)
  • 1 full tbsp of organic raw cacao
  • 1 tsp of organic vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp of organic/vegan dark chocolate (chopped)
  1. In a saucepan, add the milk and turn on medium heat. Add the sugar, cacao and whisk quickly to dissolve.
  2. Then, add the vanilla essence.
  3. Wait until the milk is hot (not boiling) and add the dark chocolate.
  4. Whisk again until the chocolate is melted and incorporated in the milk.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
