Oat & Strawberry Truffles (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Simple and utterly delicious truffles that are quick to make and full of goodness.

  • 200gr fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup (gluten free) oats
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 150g of dairy free dark chocolate (70% or more)
  1. Wash the strawberries well and pat dry them.
  2. Add all ingredients in a food processor but the chocolate.
  3. Process it until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and put in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in bain-marie.
  6. Remove the strawberry mix and using a spoon, make small balls.
  7. Once all mixture is used, prepare to cover the balls in melted chocolate. Use a fork to help with the process and cover all balls.
  8. Set on a baking paper and put in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Keep them in a sealed container.
  10. Consume within 1 week.
